* Participants will form small groups and discuss the themes proposed with the aim of mapping the challenges of linking, in a multidisciplinary way, the issues of (micro)plastics distribution and impacts with modelling tools.
** All groups will reconvene for reporting conclusions and final discussion. We will attempt to identify which types of models could be more suitable to answer the challenges and interactions and contribute to reduce the impacts of (micro)plastics in the ocean. The groups will then consider how to promote harmonization in the scientific community.
